"The staff were very nice and helpful. The location is very good. The room was big! The grounds are looking a bit rough. We were there off season so that may have had something to do with it. The room was very warm. We found out that the A/C wasn't turned on yet. Thankfully the windows opened. The breakfast is very basic. Hard-boiled eggs, bread, bagels, cereal, yogurt. "

"Easy one level access to rooms. Quiet setting. I was in for one week for a film shoot at Cornell and was able to get my gear in and out of my car and safely time my room with ease. Very close to P & C grocery store and excellent fare at College Town bagels where I grabbed great salads at days end. Appreciate the heat the room provided in raw weather and used both the microwave and mini fridge daily."

"Travel to Ithaca a couple times a year and usually stay in one of the chain hotels in the city. But this most recent trip, I chose this lovely inn, as all of the usual spots were either booked or were priced out of my range for the level of accommodations. And my wife and I enjoyed our time very much.. Comfortable and charming. Definitely recommend it and hope to return. The Dempsey Suite was a great choice."

"The Property is Stunning! Very clean and green. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.Plenty of parking and the property is located right next to the Falls trail head, so easy access to that and the state park across the street.
