"My 2nd time visiting this hotel. The service is still impeccable on every aspects. My favorite is the spa facility with a view that’s quite unique at the open outdoor area."

"Beautiful location and view of the lake. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was delicious."

"Fabulous accomodation."

"The place is very clean and within walking distance of the tourist attractions. However, the receptionist is not always available if you need assistance. They offer free breakfast, which was good. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!"

"Very helpful staff took us in after a problem with a booking at another hotel. Comfortable, quiet."

"Breakfast mediocre"

"Very pleasant stay at this hotel while in Interlaken. The hotel is kept up well and was very clean. The housekeeper for our floor was very friendly and helpful. All of the staff did a great job of taking care of anything we needed. We were able to store our luggage both the day we arrived and the day we left. The included breakfast had a good mixture of items. The room was spacious and had a good sized sitting area as well as plenty of room to store your clothes and luggage. Water bottles,...

"Fabulous location, right at Interlaken West. Walking distance to Ost and Untersee, shops and restaurants, and transport connections to a myriad of destinations. Lovely, clean and modern hotel, very spacious room with balcony looking out across the river and great breakfast selection. Comfortable beds and great shower. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"There was some bug and spider inside the apartment and cleaning must be free every two days and not to be optional with fees it may cause problems to the tenants and changing towels is not enough as a service. Hopefully you take my concerns into consideration."

"Very clean hotel well located in Interlaken. The property is shared with a senior living facility, which was not expected but a pleasant experience."

"Family owned hotel. Everyone was absolutely wonderful. I had asked for distilled water for my cpap machine before arrival and it was there when I checked in. The location was great. Even had my own parking spot in their lot for the rental car. Breakfast was very good as well with a nice selection. Coffee was great and I definitely need a good cup of coffee to start my day! A few blocks away from the busiest street so it was very quiet. I would absolutely recommend anyone stay at the Hotel Rössli...

"What a sweet little place on the water. So nice to be able to go in the balcony and be by the water AND watch the paragliders come down the mountain. Wonderful stay. Great staff"

"The hotel was good, the view was amazing. The room size and washroom size was a bit too small compared to what was mentioned as 21m2 in the details. The way to hotel was a real pain as it was up-hill. Not recommend at all if you have luggages and planning to walk to the hotel from the nearest bus stop (600m uphill walk). Overall, the view from the balcony and staff behavior compensates to some extent. Recommend for solo travelers, not family."

"Would definitely recommend staying here! Close to the Interlaken West train terminal and downtown Interlaken. The room was very clean and comfortable and was a great value. Plenty to do nearby — I had the best chai latte of my life at the cafe across the street."

"The hotel itself was beautiful, very grand as stated in the name. The staff were ever so helpful and very attentive. The room had a few cobwebs near the radiator and window in the room but other than that the room was clean. Very hospitable and welcoming staff, would definitely stay here again! Intercontinental breakfast was lovely and we enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, sauna/steam room."
