The staff at this hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. While my four-legged family member didn't join me this time, I've appreciated the pet-friendly environment during previous visits.
Although the restaurant's food was average, the complimentary Starbucks coffee in the lobby each morning was a nice touch, adding convenience and comfort to my mornings.
However, there were a couple of issues that affected my experience. Despite contacting housekeeping at 10:15am to arrange a room cleaning, I was informed it was too late, which was disappointing. Additionally, the bathroom had a recurring problem with steaming up after showers, making it uncomfortable to use.
Furthermore, the workout room was on the smaller side.
Overall, while the hotel's staff and amenities like the complimentary coffee were highlights, the issues with housekeeping, bathroom, and workout facilities detracted from the overall experience.
