Friendly and helpful staff, spacious rooms, good amenities. The frying pan was a bit warped but all the other kitchen appliances were great to use! Location was close to transit/subways and the monorail. Unfortunately they started construction early on a Sunday morning so it was a bit loud. I would happily stay again!

I booked this hotel in a hurry, turn out the experience was good. The location is not convenient, so need to be ready to arrange some transport. The room is clean and spacious, with the garden view. There’s a minor problem with my bathtub, and the staff were helpful and brought technician to fix it quickly. I also went to the pool and the gym, both were well maintained, clean, and well equipped. I also had the luxury to enjoy snacks at the lounge. A minor drawback is the breakfast arrangement, since everything is made-to-order, it takes time for the food to arrive, and the restaurant can be full and it’s not surprise to wait up to 15 mins to be seated, which could be frustrating if one is in a hurry for a journey in the morning. For the kids, the amenities were ready, but admission to pool, breakfast and lounge for kids all carry a charge.
