Incluye un desayuno muy completo. El personal amable. El Hotel queda muy cerca caminando de la estación de tren Barcelona Sans y taxis de sobra para moverte. Me gusto la distribución del cuarto, muy agusto, con buenas instalaciones.

Very close to train station, friendly staff. Little information received about the hotel on arrival. Room was large and comfortable, but nowhere for putting clothes.

The hotel was OK. It is very convenient to the Sants train station, but the building is quite old and not brought up to modern standards. It felt almost as though it had been converted from an office building, with very small, narrow rooms. OK for an overnight stay if waiting for a train, but definitely overpriced for what it is.

When I checked in my room; the toilet was not working. Had to report that to get it fixed! Additionally; the telephone apparatus was defective which was replaced after being reported!
The hotel staff charged my CC $72.05 additional local city taxes for double occupancy taxes when in reality the reservation was booked for just single occupant (myself). As a proof; I had a single access daily breakfast (which was also pre-paid) as well as local tourist activities booked via Expedia which were all for just 1 person.
Really disappointed w/ this lack of transparency on taxes and honesty to charge the correct $$!
