The terraced house is located within a newly built residence with swimming pool.
On the ground floor are:
Kitchen / living room with double sofa bed, large bathroom with 2 showers, a storage / laundry room, plus porch and pergola.
On the first floor are:
Double bedroom with balcony, double bedroom and WC.
The house can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people.
Inside the residence there is free parking, swimming pool for adults and children, and the bar.
The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils.
The towels and bed linen is supplied on request at a cost of € 12 per person for the entire stay.
The house is ideal for those seeking relaxation in contact with nature and want to discover the thousand pearls that this corner of Sicily has to offer, incredible views and breathtaking sunsets.
The Gulf of Macari extends from the eastern side of Mount Cofano to Capo San Vito.
The seaside village of Macari is about 3 km from the town of San Vito lo Capo.
The beaches available in the immediate vicinity are:
Baia Santa Margherita, characterized by its limpid waters and its vegetation that give it a typically Mediterranean charm.
On the beach there is a small bar and sun beds and umbrellas can be rented.
Cala Bue Marino, elected by Legambiente the most beautiful beach in Italy 2016, characterized by a pebble beach and a breathtaking sunset.
Isola dell'Isulidda beach, dotted with caves and inlets on the water, attracting snorkelling enthusiasts.

Great find - large, clean and cool accommodation with A/C in all rooms for us. Amazing pool with superb views. Handy for CONAD up the road in Vito if you need groceries - try the Attico Borgo for dinner. Visit Erice for a stunning hilltop town and Zingaro reserve for walking and beaches.

Overall we had an incredible relaxing week and the location is perfect for amazing beaches and locality to the great surrounding town of San Vito Lo capo. The pool is absolutely breathtaking too!

Small but perfectly formed. Everything you need for a secure base to explore this amazing island. The pool was the highlight. Large and great views of the surrounding area and sea. We had it to our selves most mornings, and a few evenings. But never got really busy and this is in peak season. The kitchen was well-equipped, good size ground floor shower/bathroom with two bedrooms upstairs. Air conditioning was greatly appreciated, as we were here during the heatwave. Communication was great. From both the host and the reception staff within the complex. We didn't really need for much so didn't really bother anyone. For the age of the family I think WIFi would have been useful. There was good 4G it wasn't a disaster, but perhaps something to think about. Will definitely go back to Sicily. But probably the other side of the island, otherwise we would consider re booking. Thanks to all.

We spent a wonderful week in Sicily in Enricos apartment. The apartment ist very clean and cosy and everything you need is there, even a washing machine. The pool is amazing, exactly as described and as you can see on the pictures! Our 5 years old son loved it to play in the water as the pool is divided in two parts and there is a large area for children with flat water! He also loved the cats which live arround the accomodation! It only takes a few minutes to go by car from the apartment to San Vito Lo Capo. The beach there is amazing! The water is cristal clear and you get a carribean feeling! We also went by car to Palermo which took us almost 2 hours. The city is very nice and we enjoyed the atmosphere there. But the traffic in the city is very challenging. We can also recommend a trip to Erice which is a very nice old village on top of a moutain and you have an impressing view along the coast. We would also like to thank the reception team, they are very friendly and always available in case of questions. We definitely love to come back!

Breathtaking views? Check. Large pool? Check. Near beach? Check. Fully equipped kitchen? Check. Ice cold air conditioning? Check. Adorable and friendly neighborhood cat gremlins? Check. Away from the hustle and bustle of touristy San Vito, this beautiful property has several apartments just off the main road into town. It's great home base from which to explore the area or just hang around the pool and local beach. Walking distance to a cafe and a restaurant. 5 minute drive to a supermarket. Make vacationing easy and relatively stress free. Yes, if you are vacationing as a couple, loud children and their families can be a bit much. Yes, the TV seemed not to be connected to any actual content (but you don't come here to watch TV...) But overall, it was a really nice uncomplicated stay. We made friends with the scruffy local cats and otherwise explored the area to our heart's content. When it gets really hot, the room AC units were also really nice to have!

Das Objekt an sich und die Anlage sehr schön. Allerdings waren Handtuchaufhängungen und Duschkopf defekt. Außerdem Ameisengift unter der Spüle, was ich nicht so toll finde. Aber am gemeinsten war, dass morgens ab 5 Uhr Hunde versuchten die Katzen der Anlage zu töten. Tierschutz kennt man wohl nicht.

Very nice location, easy to get to beaches (SAN VITO...) and sights. Litt,e village and the sundown is terrific. But the main thing is the hospitality of the staff- always available for every aspect (covid test, bokkings...) MILLE GRAZIE! The apartments are 2store flat with kitchen 2 bathrooms, 2 sleepings rooms, ac, all what u need. Again thank you for the vacation. And forza azzura for tonites final!!

Moderne Wohnung, praktisch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ideal für 4 Personen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Schöner und großer Pool mit toller Aussicht. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen!

Nous avons loué cette maison mitoyenne durant 1 semaine au mois d’août 2018. Les prestations sont en tout point conforme au descriptif. Le propriétaire Enrico répond rapidement à vos questions. Climatisation dans les 2 chbres + la salle. Literie de qualité, même en ce qui concerne le canapé/lit (notre grande fille dormait seule dedans). La location était très propre à notre arrivée. Grand piscine avec vue imprenable sur la grande bleue, il manquait toutefois quelques transats... Le staff qui gère la résidence est tjs souriant et répond rapidement à vos demandes. Une petite plage de galets est accessible à pied depuis la résidence et une autre plage de sable se trouve à 3 min en voiture avec un grand parking pour se garer. La ville de San Vito Lo Capo est à 10min en voiture avec toutes les commodités ainsi qu'une multitude de restaurants pour varier les plaisirs. Seul petit bémol, l'isolation est très sommaire et on entend facilement les voisins, pas facile de faire la grasse matinée...

Casa a schiera molto ben arredata e funzionale. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la disponibilità' del proprietario che ci ha procurato anche una comoda borsa frigo e l' assistenza alla reception. IL complesso è' situato su un altopiano ventillato con una vista spettacolare. Una garanzia per una vacanza perfetta !
