Carlos,Thank you for your response. We have overnight security that patrols the parking lot every night in addition to our valets who also patrol the lot.

Hotel está bien ubicado , mucho ruido de autos por las noches , cobran el estacionamiento eso no me gustó , las recámaras si son muy amplias

Gracias por tomarse el tiempo para informarnos cómo lo estamos haciendo. Me alegra saber que en general disfrutó de nuestro hotel. Sin embargo, lamento la confusión sobre la política de aparcamiento del hotel. No es estándar para nuestra marca, pero la ciudad exige que solo haya estacionamiento pago en el lugar debido a nuestra ubicación. Aparece en línea en el listado completo en lugar de en la vista rápida, que generalmente se encuentra en "Información del hotel" o "Servicios del hotel". Dicho esto, tratamos de mantener competitivos los precios para huéspedes durante la noche con los de nuestros vecinos y tratamos de agregar valor ofreciendo privilegios premium como entrada y salida ilimitadas y estacionamiento extendido gratuito hasta las 3:00 p. m. Aun así, me aseguraré de confirmar con nuestro personal de recepción y con nuestros listados que se está transmitiendo la información correcta a los futuros huéspedes. Gracias por ser nuestro huésped y espero que elija quedarse con nosotros en su próxima visita al Riverwalk de San Antonio.

EXcelente lugar para hospedarse en familia. Tiene muy buena ubicación a parques, malls y áreas de entretenimiento. Las habitaciones están limpias y el buffet de desayuno esta muy bien también. El estacionamiento tiene una buena tarifa y fueron muy amables siempre en todo el servicio.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know how we are doing. I am glad to hear you generally enjoyed our hotel. However, I am sorry for the confusion on the hotel parking policy. It is not standard for our brand, but it is mandated by the city to have only paid parking on-site due to our location. It is listed online on the full listing rather than the quick view usually under "Hotel Info" or "Hotel Amenities". That said, we do try to keep our overnight guest prices competitive with our neighbors and try to add value by offering premium privileges like unlimited in & out and free extended parking to 3PM. Even so, I will be sure to confirm with our desk staff and our listings that the correct information is being relayed to any future guests. Thank you for being our guest, and I hope you will choose to stay with us on your next visit to the San Antonio Riverwalk.
