Estancia fabulosa

El hotel estuvo todo bien, salvo una noche de sabado que regresamos a las 0.45, la puerta estaba cerrada, no había nadie en la recepción y tuvimos que esperar afuera 15 minutos Golpeando la puerta. Cuando llegó esta persona en vez de disculparse, estaba enojado y no nos trató de manera amigable. Si tuviera que elegir un hotel para volver a Salzburgo, probablemente elija otro hotel por esto.

Contras: EVERYTHING AND DON'T TELL YOU A HAVE A DEAL WITHOUT EXPLAINING WHAT DOES THIS DEAL MEANS
Lugar: THE ONLY GOOD THING IS THAT IS NEAR THE TRAIN STATION
THIS WAS THE WORST HOTEL I'D EVER HAD, REALLY THE CHINESE WOMAN WHO WAS AT THE RECEPTION ONLY HAD A WORD I'M SORRY
I BOUGHT A EXPEDIA'S" DEAL" BUT IT DIDN'T SAID THAT THE DEAL AT THE HOTEL WAS BECAUSE WAS THE MOST ECONOMY ROOM, IT WAS ON THE FOURTH FLOOR AND THE LIFT WAS JUST TO THE THIRD FLOOR, THERE WASN'T AIR CONDIONED BECAUSE WE WERE IN A "ECONOMIC ROOM", THE ROOM WAS SMALL AND THE PARKING ALTHOUGH WHEN I WAS LOOKING IT SAIDS IT WAS FREE THERE WAS NO ROOM SO THEY SEND US TO PARK IN FRONT OF THE HOTEL IN THE STREET AND THEY CHARGE 12 EUROS PER DAY, I THINK WE HAVE PAYED SUFFICIENT MONEY FOR THAT KIND OF OFFER, SO I RECOMMEND TO ANY ONE THAT IS LOOKING FOR A ROOM , LOOK TWICE BEFORE YOU GO TO THIS HOTEL

Dear Mrs. Margarita, thank you for taking the time to review us! We always strive to make the time for our guests with us a nice experience. We deeply regret that you did not feel well cared with us. In addition, we are sorry to read that we have not met your taste with the room. The Economy room where you have stayed is standard as described and without air conditioning. In the higher categories, the level of comfort and design increases. We have parking on site depending on availability. The price is per day Euro 12,00. This instruction has already been sent to all travel agents. We regret the misunderstandings and wish you a nice time!

El hotel muy bien, bien ubicado junto a la estacion de trenes nos permitio dejar las valijas y salir a recorrer Salzburgo porque teniamos poco tiempo

Publicado el 30 may. 2016El hotel está a dos cuadras de la terminal de trenas y 15 minutos caminando del centro antiguo de la ciudad. La relación costo/ calidad es buena. Tiene buen desayuno buffet.
