  • OCEANVIEW Salvo - Merrimac Ln. Si has estado buscando tu propia isla privada, entonces no busques más que SALVO VERA. Este retiro exclusivo bellamente decorado, a pocos pasos del océano, es justo lo que has estado buscando. El primer nivel cuenta con una sala de juegos con mesa de billar, TV, equipo de música / CD y una nevera. También hay un dormitorio con cama grande y una bañera de hidromasaje para 6 personas en la terraza de la sala de juegos. El segundo nivel tiene dos dormitorios que comparten un baño, además de una suite principal que se abre a una terraza con columpio y hamaca. La gran sala espaciosa del nivel superior cuenta con techos altos, chimenea de leña y centro de entretenimiento. Para deleite del chef, hay una gran cocina de azulejos con barra de desayuno. La gran sala se abre a amplias terrazas y un porche con mesa de picnic. Arriba, una plataforma de observación ofrece vistas del Atlántico y vistas del atardecer.

    Nuevo para 2019: ahora ofrecemos ropa de cama con camas hechas del 25 de mayo al 6 de septiembre de 2019.

Outstanding

Location was gorgeous, quiet community with very close and easy beach access, a little hard on trying to find stores nearby for basic essentials but we managed… house was clean and spacious and had plenty to do inside on rainy days.

Walking distance to the beach. Outdoor shower really sold the house!

What an awesome home and location! The house was clean and stocked well. The pool and hot tub were a hug hit. We were worried about the distance and difficulty getting to the beach but were pleasantly surprised by how close and easy it was to get to. We loved the quiet and calm that Salvo provided and were also happy that we could find fun things to do just 20-30 minutes away. It was a great week at the beach!

Great stay!

Wonderful, quiet location close to the beach. Loved that we were texted a code to get in, very convenient. Nice house and the living/bathroom areas were very clean, the only thing we noticed was the carpet probably needs replaced sooner than later; it was pretty stained. But we had a great time!

The house was clean. We really enjoyed the pool table and hot tub. The Internet was great and had good speeds. The kitchen had most of the items we needed.The property owner doesn't allow changing the temperature on the thermostat but after calling the property manager the owners adjusted the thermostat to a comfortable temperature and it was not an issue after. The only other complaint we had were the mattresses on the beds. They are extremely hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. Other than these two items the house was great and served our needs.

Great Location

This house was in a great location. The pool and hot tub were very nice. The pool table was also nice. Overall the living spaces were comfortable. The kitchen was clean and had most of what was need to cook. An ice maker in the refrigerator would have been nice but not a deal breaker. Our only negative experience was the beds were extremely hard,

Short walk to beach

We really enjoyed the laid back vibe in Rodanthe/Salvo. This house is in a great location. The house is a short walk to the beach which was great. The pool and hot tub were nice. The kitchen floor felt sticky. Many dishes that we pulled out were greasy and dirty. The carpet does have stains but the beaches down here have some black sand mixed in that do doubt plays a factor in this. Our feet were black from this layer of sand. Overall, this was a nice rental. We enjoyed our stay.

Family Vacation

Overall our stay was okay. We were disappointed with paying as much as we did and still had to bring our own bath and beach towels. We also had to supply our own linens. There were only 2 trash bags given which got filled very fast. No salt or Pepper, some of the necessities especially when traveling a distance. There were also numerous dead centipedes laying on floors.pepper,not a single extea thing in the house.

Beautiful home and a beautiful location. Unfortunately previous guests have destroyed the carpet.
