The home is equipped with an elevator providing accessibility to all of the floors, especially the home’s 10 master bedrooms. Two king bedrooms and one with two bunkbeds are located on the first floor. Five more king bedrooms, including three sound-facing and one handicap friendly, are located on the second level. The final two king bedrooms are located on the third level. All of the bedrooms offer ensuite baths and Smart TVs.

The top level is a lofty space with floor-to-ceiling windows where sound to ocean views are all the inspiration you need to seize the day. The large open chef’s kitchen will excite sandwich makers and gourmet cooks alike and the eight-seat counter allows conversational sous-chefs to stay in on the action. Tap into the stand-alone ice maker to freshen your drinks before gathering your group for memorable meals around the large dining table. This level also features a lofted reading nook area that provides the perfect place to curl up with a beach read while taking in the incredible views. *Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated for $600. Pool heaters, when pool heat is purchased, are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.

Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
