"Whilst the Expedia price on this hotel was lower than the hotels website, the general condition of the room and bar was tired and dated. The shower did not work correctly, room light kept flickering on and off when switched on. It was convenient for a party i was attending but i would not return. "

"Such a relaxing stay - just what I was looking for! Clare is a perfect host and offers a warm welcome. The room was spotless and bed super comfy. My room had a window looking out towards the sea, ideal for taking in the view while sipping a cuppa. "We only stayed the one night, so didnt get chance to use the facilities. Although we didnt have a dog, there was plenty of evidence that the hotel was very dog friendly. We had a very nice double room on the ground floor. It was clean and welcoming. There was a variety of chairs to sit on. Much more comfy than squatting on the side of the bed. "We've stayed at the Greenbank multiple times over the past couple of years so I feel like I can give a fair review of a typical experience. The staff are an absolute highlight: always friendly, polite and professional, from the desk staff to the restaurant staff to the cleaners. Nothing is too much trouble.
