The Air Conditioner wasn't working on a 65-80 degree outside, I told the front desk if they can help or make a room change but the solution was to give me a floor fan, not the type of help I was hoping and did not do anything to the A/C, it felt like "this is the best we can do, handle it". "They are renovating so there were a lot of construction materials and workers around. That’s temporary though and I appreciate their efforts. It was a good location for the price. The bathroom was just renovated and very nice. It is relatively small, so if there are two people it will be tight. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. I felt safe in my room and it was pretty quiet. Overall, a solid experience."

"We stayed here with out 3 kids and it was ok. Close to the Riverwalk and had different eating places. But the place was under construction so the there as only 2 working elevators. The staff were not helpful at all. We kept getting bounced around when we asked for help. We asked how we can apply our eating credit and the front desk sent us to the bar and the bar people were not helpful. They were busy with only two bartenders and other staff stood around.
