"The room itself was very nice, and the host was friendly and helpful. When we first arrived, it felt as though the property was closed, which was a little strange. Unfortunately, there was no hot water both in the evening and the following morning, which we reported to the host on departure. "A little out of the way from the city centre, but that can be resolved via a short cab ride. Excellent customer service and amazing rooms make up for it and there is plenty of parking. Definitely stay here again and would highly recommend the Voco Reading by IHG. "

"I have stayed here before but always had a room overlooking the car park. This time I was on the other side and unfortunately the constant road noise did not make for a good nights sleep. The telly was also not working in the room but by the time I noticed I was already ready for bed so left it until the morning to let staff know."
