Front desk service was not good. The bed is bad in room 5.

I am sorry this guest did not have a good experience here, unfortunately there is not much information to go on. I was here all weekend and I always have an open door, so it is always my hope that if a guest is having any issues, they would feel free to discuss them with me in person. I am not sure how front desk service let them down, but I am sorry that apparently happened. We did check the bed in Room 5 and could not find any issues with it all. The mattress in all of the rooms are brand new, so we do not understand what the issue was. I urge any guest who is staying here to please let myself or any manager here know if there is an issue that we can deal with in real time, while the guest is here.
