Pros: centric, private house 250 meters from Cocles Beach
Contras: lots of things starting with water potabilization
Lugar: Pto viejo has always been a very quiet and comfortable place to be.
these are small houses for rent, not an hotel perse.- Unfortunately the house that was assigned to us, was in maintenance so there was not a reservation made or the house was ready for us.
Charlene, the new manager was supportive when she did finally arrived at the house at 7pm, when the check in time was supposed to be at 3pm and we arrived at 4:30pm
There has to be a lot more done in regards to attending clients; Expedia tried to solve the issue when I called them for help
For the bucks paid, I think the service has to be improved 100%

Thank's for your comment Mario it was a pleasure to receive you in our house. Yes they are houses for rent not an hotel!...
I never received your reservation from expedia and we talked about it together. The room was ready simply I was not placed to receive you at 3am because I had not received your reservation.
Besides, it was not confirmed by expedia... so I do not understand your comment since you left happy and I offered you air conditioning (20$ per night) and gave you a discount (-10%) you were ok and happy and now you leave us a comment like this, why?
The water of the then is treated but a smell sometimes is felt, simply due to the type of minerals present in the soil but the water is clean and treated. You are on the Caribbean coast, as drinking water does not arrive until you reach it, so we have no other way. A big bottle of drinking water of 15l is provided to you on your arrival so what do you want ?
