I had an accessible room on the ground floor for my 86 year old aunt. The carpet near the bed was torn and a trip hazard to her. Also the tap over the bath was only placed on and came off in her hand.

The place is very dated and in much need of a refurbishment. The carpet in our room was thread bare in places. There was mildew around the sink. The heating was broken. The furniture was very old and worn. But the bed was comfortable and the sheets freshly laundered.

Ein altes Hotel, welches dringend eine Renovierung benötigt! Teppich und Wände im Zimmer waren abgenutzt, das Bad alt mit vielen Roststellen und abgebrochenem Seifenhalter. Die Betten rochen so muffig und nach vielen anderen Dingen, dass man sich kaum hinlegen mochte.
Die Wände und Decken sind aus Holz = wir haben das enorme Getrampel der Familie über uns ab 5:30 Uhr morgens so laut gehört, als wären sie in unserem Zimmer. Vom Gang her hört man auch alles.
Die Mitarbeiter beim Check-in waren gelangweilt und eher unfreundlich, beim Check-Out sehr freundlich.
Die Zimmer sind sehr groß, es gibt genügend Parkplätze und morgens kostenlosen Kaffee, auch wenn man kein Frühstück gebucht hat (steht neben der Rezeption).
Das Hotel liegt abseits, aber man erreicht die Fähren Hovercraft Autobahn sehr schnell.
