Every piece of linen; towels, sheets, pillow cases blankets, all had hair and stains on them and then the housekeeper walked off and left our room door open for god only knows how long until we noticed.

Very run down property. No bugs but carpets were filthy in common areas. Our room had water damage on the ceiling. Window facing the interstate so was quite loud. The complimentary breakfast was unsatisfactory to say the least, dried out sausage and weird scrambled eggs, a few cereal, one waffle maker, dried out muffins, bagels and some yogurt. Had stayed here years ago and it has gone downhill.

I made a lot of changes to staff and certain other areas. I promise we have projects underway for more updates.

My room had no microwave or fridge as described when i booked.
We had to ask for fresh towels for our rooms and towels for the pool.
Decent breakfast, and overall we had a good 2 night stay.
