"Fix the AC. I am in room 554 and the AC is set all the way to 60 and it just doesn't get cool enough. I have family staying in room 448 and the AC was 10 times better and it was set to 65. Also on arrival all the bed linen smelled like wet clothes left in the washer too long. We asked for new linen ..."

"such a horrible experience I couldn’t sleep. I only needed the room for a few hours prior to catching an early flight, but I was so uncomfortable. I hardly got any sleep. The bed was sunken in, and some people in a neighboring room were going in and out and slamming their door all hours of the night. ..."
