"Room was adequate. Check in staff was cordial. Over priced, I stayed February 13& 14 , to my surprise the room price doubled from one night to the other because it was Valentine’s Day, that’s was not my understanding when i booked the room, I believe that was rather unfair, deceptive!!"

"Staff was very friendly and room was spacious. Location was convenient. However, was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the rooms especially for the nightly rate we paid. Stayed on the third floor in a double room and the sheets on each bed had old stains. Makes you wonder if housekeeping even has a process in checking if the sheets are actually cleaned prior to turning the room over. As you walked in the room, there were visible chip crumbs on the floor. Toilet had a ring in it too....

"Paid $280.00 for a room that was probably worth $99.00( and that’s being nice)..This is a dated hotel,lobby is from the 80’s,the room we were given had wallpaper unglued in spots,the bath had stained ceiling tiles,the tub drain didn’t work( the drain plug wouldn’t stay up resulting in having to stand in you shower water),the cracks around the floor were caulked and dirty.The chair in the room was ripped and old,etc,etc…Bottom line? Choose a different hotel if thinking of staying by the casino.."

"room was not very clean and there was blood on the sheets and wall, smoke detector was hanging off the wall wrap in plastic, floor mate had a dog print on it, AC could not be turn off the fan ran all night. I did go to the desk ask to have toelt looked at for it was not fullshing when i came back that night no one was at desk and when I check out there was no one at desk. I don't recommended this location to anyone."

"The bed was bumpy, and also the pillows, they never in the three days to stay, made the bed or change the pillows, clean the room, not even empty the garbage in the trashcan. The breakfast didn’t have felt fresh, the coffee tasted burnt, and the pastries were old"

"Very fortunate to have met an onboard Amtrak traveler to New London whereby we ride shared an Uber known to the traveler. The Uber driver became my shuttle throughout our venture. The shuttle from the inn to Foxwoods casino is only available Friday & Saturday."
