"Very rude staff "

"The stay itself was nice. Some of the clients of the hotel seemed sketchy. I was approached in the hallway and solicited. So that wasn't pleasant. My boyfriend reported it to the feont desk after I left. I am not sure if anything was done about it."

"They tried hard. The heating system was working but noisy. The shower was fine, but you couldn’t take a bath."

"We registered a room for 4 people. When we walked in. There was 2 towels and one roll of toilet paper. As for staff, the only staff we saw was when we checked in and checked out. There was stuff under the bed from the previous people and on the top shelf in the closet, we actually arrived a couple hours after check in time and the previous person was just getting the rest of their stuff out of our room. "The sheets in the first room had hair and both queen beds were sunken, and you can feel parts of the mattress springs. The front desk quickly gave us another room and that room was wonderful. When it was first opened it definitely offered great value, now it seems they have cut corners, and that's a shame. "
