"I got to the hotel and staff had no record of reservation. I had paid ahead of time and after 2 hours I got another room which was not the room I thought I was getting. The room I got was good so it worked out OK. Management must work on being prepared to receive customers as registered.

"Everything we experienced at this hotel was wonderful and top notch!! The friendliest staff...the food was amazing, fresh and local! We had the best experience! They were very accommodating and willing to go the extra mile in whatever we needed! I will always remember the friendly faces of this place and their everlasting spirit even after the devistation of the hurricane, they remain to be the most resilient people and to experience their country and their culture, will always be a blessing...

"I booked a destination for my 21 year old daughter birthday and she had aworry free amazing time. The host setup everything my daughter wanted to do flawlessly! "The room was very clean, however the rooms are located in a very local shopping mall with lots of loitering outside, very noisy, no windows so felt claustrophobic. The outside was dirty , crowded and noisy I did not feel safe enough to stay there so I left."
