A very easy stroll into York City. Everything you could want in a stay. Breakfast was very generous. And laundry dervice provided on request."

"I booked the stay as part of a surprise for my husband's birthday, and he was very impressed and absolutely raved about it. He could not fault a single thing about our stay. Starting with the location, it was not far to walk to York centre (around 20 minutes or so). We stayed in the Samurai suite. The theming of the room was fantastic, right down to the sunken bath. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and it was evident that the owners had not scrimped on quality of the furnishings or bedding....
