The downside was the lobby was filled with people so there was nowhere for us to sit inside. It seemed like a lot of college students using their laptops and not hotel guests. "Great location, great staff, shoutout to the best bellman in the business (i wish i caught his name but he was working 9/29 at 11am) comfortable bed and room, free bottled water. The extra living area was great so I could watch football in the bedroom while my toddler was sleeping. Minor hiccup at check-in but the staff was helpful and friendly to get it right quickly. "Spent two nights at this Koreatown location, convenient to MSG, Moynihan station, Bryant Park & Times Square. Surprised by the little comforts-pantry with afternoon specialty coffees, flavored water, & morning brew. Lux king offered everything we needed, plus courtesy umbrella & robes. Room was quiet, in room fridge & safe appreciated. Do walk around the corner to Pio Bagels!"
