"the hostess did a great job and the breakfasts were amazing"

"80's decor and kind of run down. Rooms were clean as long as you don't look behind anything"

"great staff with customer service focus!"

"Beautiful hotel inside and outside friendly staff clean room"

"Lovely gardens and pool"

"It was wonderful"

"Clean room it’s a brand new hotel. It was quiet and comfortable. The beds were great. The shower was amazing. I would absolutely stay here again."

"Rooms are not cleaned daily. If you want clean towels you have to go to the desk or request them by 11;45 am. Breakfast items were very cold. No bread for toast only cold bagels and cold pastries. Had a much better breakfast and service at a Holiday Inn."

"There was no heat in our room. The bathroom had crumpled tissues on the counter and toilet paper on the floor - cheapest toilet paper ever. The shampoo and conditioner were bottles attached to the shower wall and they were basically empty. I saw on my credit card that the $670 dollar room was charged $900+ and a $350+ add on fee...so $1250...yes, I'll be calling. I would stay at a different hotel. It's priced as a luxury hotel, but is run like a mediocre one."

"Clean the room better."

"The room was clean. There were several surprises: There is no restaurant. It’s a very expensive Starbucks. $5.50 for a coffee & 6.50 for a cold muffin was not not satisfactory. When my wife and I travel we like to enjoy a coffee before having breakfast. The room came with 1(one) coffee pod. Also, I was charged $10 to park my car. These things have to be disclosed . For the price paid, not worth it."

"Property is clean. Abundant parking."

"The staff were very nice, breakfast was co ok"

"We have stayed here before and the location is ideal with easy access to the highway and to the airport. The staff is always very good and accommodating. The lobby area is very clean and well kept. There is construction going on, on a few floors and not clean or well kept on those floors. We were on one of the floors where constriction was going on so very noisy during the day. Both elevators are being used by the construction crews not clean. Once this construction is complete I’m sure...

"This place is in disrepair and needs alot of maintenance. Broken luggage carts, holes in curtains, dirt and crud in light switches and outlets but nothing compares to how inept and unhelpful they were about flexing for our wedding party and plans. From not having availability for guests, not being able to keep details about promised facilities, not handing"
