No me gustó ni la cama ni las almohadas, eztan forradas de unos plásticos que hacen que el descanso no sea comodo. La ubicación me gustó mucho y el desayuno.

El servicio del restaurante muy mal, nunca funcionó la maquina de café, jamás habia cucharas ni platos suficientes para el desayuno

Muy bien ubicado, la zona muy segura estas a 5 minutos caminando de la Torre Eiffel, el servicio y la atención muy buena

En general, pésima atención, no nos dejaban salir alegando que faltaba pagar 1 noche, no hicieron la limpieza en días, no regreso

Dear Artemisa, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at the Hotel Mercure Paris Tour Eiffel Grenelle. We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. Concerning the night remaining to pay, your agency sent you an email the day of your check out in order to infrm that you had to pay directly with us for the last night. They have made a mistake when you modify your booking and they have refunded you one night instead of a modification, we also gave you the invoice in case you wanted to make a clame to your agency About the cleaning not done during the last days of your stay, you informed us that you were positive to covid-19, in that condition and following the health protocols housekeeping is not allowed to enter in your room but we bring to your room clean towels and sheets. We appreciate you sharing your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future.

An example of how bad service can affect a hotel!

Beautiful view and great room! But awful customer service. The people at the hotel are mean and don’t know how to treat the guests at the hotel! I would say hello to them and they wouldn’t even answer back. They are not helpful and are just mean. So sad to see a beautiful hotel be affected by bad customer service. Loved the room and the views. It has great windows that isolated the noise from the metro and the street.
