"The location of the building is absolutely perfect. You are within a 5 minute walk of the busy commercial area, but it is relatively quiet just up the street. There are restaurants and stores lining the street, and you'll wish you had time to visit them all. The room was very clean with a nice layout. "We had a great time at the Shibuya stream hotel. The location is just amazing: minutes walk from the Shibuya station and easy to get to anywhere. The staff was very helpful: they helped provide clear instructions for airport transfer. Check-in process was smooth, rooms were very clean and everything was great. Breakfast buffet was also very high quality. Only good things to say and would definitely recommend this property."

"The hotel was two blocks from where my son lives near yoyogipark.I don’t know if I would stay there again. We had a suite which was expensive. It faced the park but the noise level outside from cars, ambulances,motorcycles kept me up all night.The staff was great except one annoying staff at the pool.I let my son and his wife swim after we had spent $140 on a seafood salad and two drinks.Then this staff member started yelling at me .Are they staying here.Well they have to go.The pool was empty...

"​This was our second stay at the Aoyama Grand, and just like before, everything was perfect. We stayed in Suite 246 and loved every single detail of the room. The mid-century modern decor is exactly my style, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the minibar is a wonderful bonus.
