"Staff and Owner were very accommodating and kind, yet very respectful of the guests stay. This is one of the best experience of my 3 week solo travel in Switzerland and Italy.
Brilliant restoration of a family villa with unique hospitality. From check in to check out it was a highlight of my travels.
Suggest getting tickets for ferry from Como to Lezzono early in the morning to avoid long queue. Also, taking bus back to Como, in am, is often full. Best to travel with smaller suitcases for...

"This is not a great hotel to say the least. The room was dirty, rusty and moldy and had cracks in the wood.
We booked 4 night and left after the first one. Breakfast was dull and the gym is very basic.
Wouldn’t recommend at all."
