In addition, guests can enjoy kayaking and mini golf activities throughout the community.
This resort is located on W. Osceola Pkwy. and FL535 which gives direct access to I-4, International Drive, Central Florida Greenway, World Center Dr., N. Poinciana Blvd., and US192. An outstanding location to move around the area and find grocery and convenience stores, shopping malls, restaurants & bars, entertainment options, and of course the well-known theme parks and golf courses in the area.
Décor accents, color walls, and clean lines are the perfect match to create a unique contemporary design. A combination of living, dining, and fully equipped modern kitchen is a highlight for the entertainment and enjoyment of family and friends where they can spend an amazing time in their own private pool in the screened patio with a sitting area.
The accommodation includes a King-size bed on the master bedroom with shared bathroom of the main floor, and three more bedrooms on the second floor: the main master bedroom with King-size bed and ensuite bathroom, a bedroom with two Full-Size beds and one Twin-size bed. On the hallway is the third shared bathroom and the washer/dryer area.

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, private access to the entire Townhouse during your stay. That includes all 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and everything else you need to feel at home. No shared spaces, just your group.
We respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. While we won’t be on-site, we’re just a message or phone call away, and our office is available from 8am until 9pm to assist you with any questions or concerns.
We keep it easy and contactless: check-in and check-out are fully remote, so there’s no need to meet anyone or wait around. Due to the nature of our online business, a pre-check-in process is required immediately after booking. This process is completed through our Guest App, where you will e-sign a rental agreement and submit your check-in information, including a photo ID and a selfie for security purposes. Once the Verification Form is fulfilled, you will be ready to receive, two days prior arrival, the gate code, door code, and directions so you can head straight in, no front desk, no delays.
