Welcome to the Shellebration Beach House in Oceano, a home where you can do it all! Kick back and relax on the large rooftop deck or play a game of ping pong or foosball with the kids, however you choose to vacation this home has entertainment amenities for everyone. Three entertainment areas are available to maximize your fun, the family room, living room with a gas fireplace, and a rooftop deck with a firepit.
Plan the perfect movie or karaoke night, this house includes over 200 videos and karaoke. Bookworms will also feel at home while the paperback library. The Harry Potter closet, located under the stairs, is a perfect little hideaway for the kids to enjoy. Each bedroom has it's own TV with cable, so you can enjoy your favorite shows and movies from the comfort of your bed. Light up the fire table, grab a drink and enjoy views of the lagoon, mountains, and ocean all from the comfort of your home away from home.
Take a walk around the town and experience the true beach bum lifestyle, grab a bite to eat at one of the nearby restaurants or utilize the two kitchens in the house for a wonderful meal.Two master bedrooms ensure that everyone has enough space and privacy in this large 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home just 1/2 a block from the beach. Parking for 4 cars and washer/dryer complete this property. It is great for family reunions, wine or golf getaways with friends, church retreats or sports teams. Plan an unforgettable trip in the perfect beach house!

This area is among the most popular and unique of California State Parks. The 5 1/2 miles of beach open for vehicle use and the sand dunes available for off highway motor vehicle recreation are attractions for visitors from throughout the United States. Oceano Dunes is the only California State Park where vehicles may be driven on the beach. Four wheel drive / all wheel drive vehicles are recommended for driving on the beach and to the camping and off-highway vehicle use areas in the park. Beach wheelchairs are available for loan at the Pier and Grand Avenue entrances to the beach. Surfing, swimming, surf fishing, horseback riding and bird watching are popular activities. Just a few miles up the coast you'll find more activities like kayaking, cycling, wake boarding, board walking, wine tasting an so much more! Also close to restaurants, shopping and medical attention.

Pismo stay

A very nice floor layout for a larger group of people, basically to living rooms, 2 kitchens but we only used one, a nice big dining table to seat 12 - cozy but nice. Nice baths but no upscale tub ~ a jacuzzi would have been nice. Nice roof patio with table, chairs bbq, fire pit.

Space for Kids and Adults

Check in was super easy and fast. When we arrived at the property it appeared as though the dining room table and kitchen floor had not been cleaned. This did make us nervous especially due to COVID. There were several broken items in the house, a broken chair, broken blind valance, broken toilet paper holder and some broken outdoor patio furniture that we wish had been fixed before our arrival. The upstairs living room furniture is getting dingy from use and could be replaced and the upstairs sofa sleeper is not really useable for sleep. The location is a two minute walk to beach which is amazing! It is the section of the beach that allows motor vehicles so if you have little kids keep an eye on them! The kitchen was well stocked, tons of bathroom towels were provided. The amenities for kids from sand toys to ping pong, movies and foosball were all very fun! The washer and dryer are new and excellent. The walk to the local market is quick and the local Mexican food restaurant is FABULOUS! We really enjoyed the split floor plan... our teenagers basically had a whole apartment to themselves downstairs allowing the adults a quiet area to converse. Overall it was a good space to stay!

House was great - Neighborhood not as expected

The house in Oceano was great. Well stocked, and all of the amenities were good and the house was comfortable. We were walking distance to the beach, which was super fun. The check in and support from the management company was spot on, and they even came out to bring detergent, so very responsive. The neighborhood was not what we expected. Surrounding the house were a few open lots, uninhabited homes, and lots of garbage and junk all around.

Best Beach House

We loved this place! It was large, super close to the beach, and in a great location. The beds were comfy and the large living areas were great for our group. The Harry Potter closet was a hit too! We will definitely come back to this place.

Perfect location

Excellent find for a last minute get away. I was a little skeptical because there was not a review but I was pleasantly surprised. The property is very clean, well kept and very spacious. The 2 kitchens are well stocked and have everything you need. The roof top deck was very relaxing and comfortable. I would have loved a chaise lounger to be able to lay in the sun but that’s ok. Overall it’s a great property, less than 10 minute walk to the beach and has all the comforts of home.
