This property is a gorgeous home perfectly equipped with everything a traveler would want and need including an open concept living space with a fully stocked, top of the line kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fire place, BBQ, a rooftop deck with an ocean view and a 2 car garage with a ping pong table. This gorgeous home is about a 2 min walk to the beach! WiFi and Smart TV’s throughout the home. Come enjoy the best of what The Central Coast has to offer!

Welcome to Oceano Breeze! We are located less than 75 yards (1/2 block) to the beach. This incredible custom home offers luxury comfort, sleeps 12 & is perfect for your next vacation, extended time away or work trip (whether a traveling nurse or someone who can work from anywhere). Bring your family or friends and enjoy a week away!

Our chef's kitchen is fully stocked with Sub-Zero & Viking appliances, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, spices & oils so you can prepare a feast with ease. The upstairs is large, comfortable and boasts an open concept. Four skylights make the home bright and airy. There is a 2 car garage with a ping pong table and a driveway for onsite parking. Spend the day at the beach and end your night on our rooftop deck lounging on the deck furniture. Overlook the beautiful dunes, be serenaded by the ocean waves and enjoy the peek a boo ocean view.

DOWNSTAIRS INCLUDES:

Bedroom 1: King Bed with a coffee bar, smart TV, dresser, chair, washer/dryer, closet, en suite bathroom & small deck.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed with a dresser, two night stands and a Smart TV.

Bedroom 3: Queen bed with a dresser and two night stands.

Bathroom 1: Full bathroom with walk in glass block shower. (Attached to Bedroom 1 with the King Bed)

Bathroom 2: Full bathroom with walk in glass block shower.


UPSTAIRS INCLUDES:

Open concept Living Area that includes the Living Room with a Smart TV, Dining Room that can comfortably seat 6, 3 bar stools at the island, and a fully stocked Kitchen. (Sub-Zero and Viking Appliances and furnished with pots, pans, baking sheets, oils, spices, coffee, tea, dishes & glasses.)

LARGE Bedroom 4: 2 sets of triple bunk beds, king bed, swivel recliner, sofa, dresser, two night stands, table and chairs for playing games & Smart TV. (Room can sleep 8!) This room is very spacious and is perfect for game nights or relaxing by the fireplace.

Bathroom 3: Full bathroom with walk in glass block shower and oversized tub.

Laundry area with washer & dryer.

Access to the rooftop deck is located off the main living area. There is a bbq on the landing leading to stairs. One flight of stairs takes you up to enjoy the beautiful sounds and sights of the ocean.

Garage can comfortably fit 2 cars. Driveway can also fit two more cars. Inside the garage, there are beach chairs, a beach wagon, beach toys, boogie boards and a pool table.

Come enjoy everything the Central Coast has to offer during your stay. This home is located in a cute & quaint beach neighborhood. The home is walking distance to the beach and ATV/quad rental locations. You can have your toes in the sand in about 2 minutes. Buy some firewood at one of the convenience stores & have a bonfire out on the beach all year round! The home is about a 5 minute drive to 5 Cities Outlets, Downtown Pismo & local grocery stores.

Enjoy easy access to a plethora of attractions, including the vibrant 5 Cities Outlets, the bustling Downtown Pismo and a variety of local grocery stores, all within a short 5-minute drive.

The real highlight of this beach retreat is the convenient proximity to the beach itself, which serves as the ultimate playground for all ages, just a few steps away from your doorstep.

Our property features ample parking with a 2 car driveway and 2 car garage, in addition to convenient street parking options. We kindly request that you avoid parking in front of neighbors driveways or mailboxes. Furthermore, Uber and Lyft are well-acquainted with our area, providing a hassle-free means of transportation.

Our home has a max amount of 12 guests. To ensure comfort and safety, we kindly ask that no more than 12 people occupy the premises at any given time unless prior approval is received. This includes those spending the night and also those enjoying the home during the day. If you are hoping to have more than 12 people in the home, please obtain approval before you book your stay. We have an extra fee of $100 per person per day for any visitors over the 12th guest.
Guest that is booking must be at least 25 years old.
Additional cleaning that is above the normal wear and tear is a $150 fee.
Late checkout without prior approval is $150 fee.
Smoking on the premises is a $250 fee.
No EV Charging allowed. Guest will be asked to cover the extra charges if an EV vehicle is charged during their stay.
