"Excellent hotel, close to Dubai mall. Lovely staff and very clean. Great view of the Burj Khalifa from our room."

"We had an unforgettable stay at the Shangri-La Dubai. From arrival, the team made us feel genuinely welcome, and the Horizon Club upgrade made the experience even more special. The service was warm and attentive throughout, the room was comfortable, and the location made exploring the city easy. Thank you for making our trip so memorable. We'll definitely be back!"

"Very good breakfast"
