I called Expedia and I called the property to try and get somebody to come open the front door. We were told we can’t check in after a certain time so o never received my accommodations and never even got to stay there at the hotel and was still Charged for a room i never stayed at. Most awful hotel experience I’ve ever had"

"Bed sheets were dirty, asked to move to a different room and it was the same case we stayed for four days the room never got cleaned and never got new towel and when I asked for new towels and I got them they had black hairs in it"

"This was the most disgusting place I have ever stayed at. Not only was it dirty but there were bugs in the room and not just in the bathroom but on every surface and even in the bed. There was dirt on the pillowcase and covers. Outside were a lot of unsavory people. When I returned to the place last evening around 8 pm there were two police SUVs on property and the officers were inside the front office. "Clean room, staff will not allow you to extend your stay online without either charging an additional $20, or force checkout at 11:00 and check back in at 3:00. STUPID policy for those that are enjoying their stay and want to extend it. Overall one I’ve the best v as lies in Charlotte for NOT extending your stay on-line. Note: There are no bugs and the beds are comfortable. "
