"The hotel was really good value for money, rooms were very clean, a little too warm and we couldn’t turn the radiator off in the bathroom! Easy ride on the bus into town and close to the shops and restaurants of Summertown however the best thing about the hotel is the staff, we didn’t see many of them, just Lucas doing the cooking and his colleague (didn’t catch his name, sorry!) who was doing everything else! Really friendly, outstanding breakfast, nice room and great value!"

"Quad room was large and had everything we needed including a fridge. The bathroom was spacious and modern. The buses were easy to navigate and an easy trip to the centre of town. Only a three minute walk to bus stop. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice and you are sat in a beautiful conservatory overlooking the back garden watching the birds and squirrel’s. I would definitely stay again."

"I normally don’t leave reviews but for something like this I was extremely disappointed. The room I was in was not clean and when I asked the property owners to change the sheets they said that I put something on it, mind you I’d just gotten there two minutes ago and they were showing me my room. The outlet was undone and felt dangerous. The bathroom was so small you couldn’t open the door all the way as it would hit the sink half way through. This wasn’t a very cheap rate either, the easy hotel...

"A truly delightful hotel in a convenient location with excellent staff and facilities. Impossible to fault overall - 2 tips… dont park under the trees in front of the building. I dont know what the birds eat, but they eat A LOT of it. Then theres steps….pack light, you’ll be hauling your luggage up a LOT of steps :-) - its a 13th century manor house, lifts werent a “thing” !"
