"The location is unbeatable—just a 10-minute walk to Trinity College, and right next to the Westgate Shopping Centre. Parking is in a secure underground lot. It’s quite expensive during the day, but very convenient. A helpful tip: from 5 pm to 6 am, parking at Westgate costs only £6. During the daytime, there's a nearby lot just a 3-minute walk away that also offers parking for £6. "We were only here one night, but I loved staying in this flat! It was a real insight into how people live their everyday lives in a city the size of Oxford. Manu was excellent about communicating with us and made sure we would have no trouble finding the flat or getting into it. I wish we could have stayed here longer, and I would definitely reach out to him again if I ever travel back this way!"

"Small but charming room. Tends to be warm on the rare sunny days, opening the windows helped when there was a breeze. Very nice and courteous housekeeper. Approximately a 5 minute walk to grocery store, 10min to High Street and 25 min to train station. Overall a great stay!"

"Exactly as advertised. Kurt, the owner, was prompt in responding to every question. Great location if you don’t mind a little walking. Quiet, safe residential area. Cab fares to most Oxford locations were reasonable. Highly recommended by all three of us (seniors)."

"What a fantastic place to stay in the centre of Oxford! We stayed in studio Melissa with its double aspect view of the river. How beautiful to wake up to these views in the morning. The shared 'wetroom' was compact but the shower is lovely and the additional heater welcome. The ability to park at the property is a huge bonus.We wouldn't hesitate to book again. "

"The studio is about a 25 minute walk from the train station—easily walkable if you have one rolling bag. Otherwise, cab is convenient and under 10 pounds. Excellent communication re: self check-in. Our unit was atop 20 steps and an ‘attic’ unit with short ceilings on one half, which was a bit of a challenge for us at over 6’ tall. We managed fine, however. "My wife and I stayed at Folly Bridge House for the weekend and the location and studio were fabulous.It is quiet and secluded for a city getaway but easy to walk right out into the middle of Oxford..Catriona the house manager was very responsive and helpful both before and during the stay. "

"We had the greatest stay in this beautiful and cozy flat. It is very well equipped and there was good space for everyone. The terrace and garden by the water is amazing where we had the morning coffee, enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and watched the ducks swim by. Would defenitely come again."

"The Breeze room that I stayed is on the ground floor. The door lock had some issues in the first day that it couldn’t be opened or closed properly. Then later in the first day it couldn’t open at all. “Luckily”, the room is beside the kitchen which has a separate door going to the backyard. Our room has a patio door that can go straight to the backyard. So we tried to get to the room through the patio door and it worked. We tried to open the room door from inside but still couldn’t work. So...
