▪️ Please note that while all indoor spaces are completely private, some outdoor areas may be shared with guests staying in the other unit. We kindly ask all guests to be respectful and considerate when using shared outdoor spaces to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.
▪️ Please message us in advance if you’re interested in booking both sides together, as availability may vary.
We hold a security deposit during your stay, which will be fully refunded after check-out, provided there are no damages to the property.

▪️ We’re delighted to welcome you to our beautiful property, located near a body of water. To ensure a comfortable stay, we conduct weekly pest control to minimize the presence of no-see-ums, mosquitoes, and other insects. However, please note that being near water means there is a higher chance of encountering wildlife, including alligators, which can be found in any freshwater area in South Carolina. While this is part of the natural charm of the area, we encourage guests to enjoy the surroundings responsibly. Your comfort and safety are always our priority!

⭐ HOUSE RULES ⭐
▪️ Unregistered guests (including visiting) are not allowed. Additional fees may apply.
▪️ Strictly no pets allowed (including emotional support animal). Host should be informed if you have a service animal.
▪️ No smoking within the property’s premises.
▪️ No parties, events, or large gatherings allowed.
▪️ Please observe quiet hours from 9PM to 8AM.
▪️ Respect the neighbors. Do not park on their premises or cause any disturbances.
▪️ Respect the home. Do not break or damage anything. Maintain cleanliness throughout your stay.
▪️ Some outdoor spaces are shared with other guests—please be respectful, keep noise to a minimum, clean up after yourself, and be considerate of others at all times.
▪️ Do not flush anything down the toilet to avoid plumbing issues. Guests will be held responsible for any plumbing issues or damages caused by improper use.
▪️ Report anything that is not working or broken upon check-in. Any issues that are not reported within 24hrs after check-in time may be considered to have occurred during your stay and could be subject to applicable charges.
▪️ Follow the check-in/check-out instructions. Guests will be held responsible for any issues that arise from not adhering to these instructions, including, but not limited to: adhering to check-in/out time, completing check-out tasks, parking, etc.
▪️ Pre-check-in requirements must be completed before arrival. Guests must sign the Rental Agreement, submit a valid government-issued photo ID, and authorize the security deposit through our secure third-party platform (SecureStay). Check-in instructions and property access will only be provided after the verification process has been successfully completed. Failure to complete these requirements before check-in will result in denied access, and the reservation will not be eligible for a refund (according to cancellation policy). The security deposit will only be charged/captured if damages, missing items, or house rule violations are identified during the post-stay inspection.
