Oceanfront Cherry Grove 2 BR Condo - Excellent Reviews!!

  • Vacation on Cherry Grove Beach (NMB, SC) in a direct access oceanfront condo! This smoke-free condo features two bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, & a fully equipped kitchen. Accommodations include a queen bed in the main bedroom and two full (double) beds in the second bedroom. Sit in the porch rockers and take in views of the Atlantic ocean framed by sea oats and beach grasses. This first/ground floor unit is part of a three level, 18-unit oceanfront building. On-site parking for one vehicle is available. There are neither elevators nor crowded areas; just a peaceful and considerably less crowded place on the beach. The ocean side porch opens up directly to a 10 foot wide deck that affords an expanded area for sunbathing or games. The deck leads to a sandy path that takes you directly to the beach/ocean. Additionally, there is an outdoor pool (open approximately May - September) & charcoal grill a few steps from the front door of the condo.

    In an effort to keep our rental costs down, we ask that renters bring their own bed linen (one queen bed & two double beds), bath towels, kitchen hand towels, and beach gear. Each bed has a mattress cover, comforter, and pillows. Also, there are extra blankets in the condo.

    This condo (including the porch) is a non-smoking unit. Also, tenants and their guests are not allowed to bring pets.

    We provide contactless check-in & check-out. Lockbox code will be provided.

Great place and location

We enjoyed our stay here immensely. Condo was great and the location was superb. Communication with the host was awesome, especially since we were dealing with hurricane Helene. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband & I were looking for a nice place to stay close to the beach. This condo didn’t disappoint, it was near shopping & attractions. Not to mention footsteps from the beautiful beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Barry was really quick to respond. Loved the condo. A bath and a half was a plus. Right on the beach. The patio with rocking chairs was so peaceful. Beautiful granite counter top in the kitchen was carried out through the bathrooms also. Very clean and nicely decorated. We love to stay again!

Love being able to go right to condo and it was ready before check-in time! We had everything we needed in kitchen. Issue with TVs (we had WiFi) we weren’t too concerned with having but owner was very helpful.

Great location and stay!

My mom and I stayed in this condo and it was clean and perfect for our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed.. We enjoyed being able to walk off the porch right to the beach. The pool was a nice option too. Would highly recommend!

Great beach access!

This condo was the perfect size for our family and the best beach access, especially for little kids. This place is convenient, clean, well equipped, and comfortable. The owner was great at communicating and very helpful. I would definitely come back and recommend to others. And it’s a great price for being right in the beach. We loved our stay here!

The condo was nice and clean. The owner communicated well with us. The condo was right on the beach and the entrance through the dunes was steps away. Also the wash off area was close by and convenient. Great place!

Winter Break

The Property’s location was great, we had never been to Cherry Grove area before. Plenty of golf courses, restaurants and other activities such are movies, museums, shopping. Our favorite spot on property was the back deck where we could sit in the warm sun and enjoy our coffee while listening to the ocean. In closing, it truly was perfect for us.

Best beach front location

Proximity to the water is absolutely amazing. And its like your own private beach bc it is pretty secluded from the crowded spots! Owner was easy to reach and responded in minutes. We had a storm and power outage, and still had a great time!

Exceptional

The condo was just as shown and described. Everything was clean and well decorated. Furniture and beds were comfortable. The deck out back was very nice, with a short walk to the beach with no steps which was helpful since my mother-in-law was in a wheelchair. We loved the location, just about 1/2 mile from the Cherry Grove Pier. We definitely have this place saved and will visit again in the future.

Easy walk to the beach

Perfect cute condo

We loved being able to walk right out onto the beach. The pool was perfect for our kids. Condo was clean, had all the things we needed plus some. Owner is super nice and communicates back so quickly. Highly recommend if you want a quiet getaway in a safe area.

The condo was absolutely perfect for me and my wife. Very clean, well-maintained and nicely decorated with beach accents. Super close to the beach with a nice pool for those who don’t like the sand. We definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a vacation getaway. You won’t be disappointed!! Owner was very friendly and easy to contact.

Clean, easy access to beach

Great communication with host!! Appliances worked well. Loved being ocean front, ground level- super easy with small kids and chairs, toys, etc. Condo was clean with everything we needed to cook throughout the week.

Relaxing and wonderful!

We loved how close we were to the beach, but had the privacy of the dunes. The porch area is so nice and spacious, with direct access to a boardwalk area that includes a nice washing station heading to the beach. 10 steps later and you’re there! The unit was clean, updated, and Barry did a great job of checking on us to make sure we were good to go!

Family vacation through storm Debby.

This condo was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well stocked. We were steps from the beach. We took every chance we could in between the storm to play at the beach and pool. This condo is 30 minutes from Myrtle where we enjoyed Wonderworks during the storm and the Medieval show! Barry was extremely helpful and always available if we had any questions. He checked in on us to see how we were fairing the storm. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely place

We loved our stay there. The condo is just separated by coastal dune barrier from the beach. It is on the ground level, with a private deck, from where the ocean can be heard. This is the first beach condo that I felt the owners have good interior architectural design taste in colors, trim, kitchen layout and equipment, decorations. Beach access is a non-public path, and parking is right up front and convenient. There are TV’s in living room and both bedrooms. With a bit of figuring, we were able to watch our personal Netflix. We hope to be back.

Vacation Gem

We had a fantastic week staying at this condo. The location was perfect! You are steps from the beach, which is wonderful especially with kids and senior family members. No need to pack and lug coolers with you either because going back inside for lunch or drinks is easy! Because the condo is situated on a block with no highrise hotel/condos, the beach was not crowded at all. It was really nice seeing the same families enjoying the beach every day during our stay. The condo is clean and maintained, and the host, Barry, is a great communicator. We didn't have any need to contact him during our stay, but we appreciated his check ins with us upon arrival and before departure. We've rented homes up and down the East coast for 35+ years. We have stayed in some fancy grandiose places, but this 2 bedroom condo is now on our top 10 rental list.
