  • Welcome to Sea Cabin 119, an upscale 1-bedroom retreat where the ocean is so close you can practically touch the sand from the balcony. This luxury first-floor condo sits directly on the oceanfront — no streets to cross, no elevators, no long walks… just step out, breathe the salt air, and enjoy instant access to Cherry Grove's wide, sandy shoreline.

    ​​​​​​​Inside, Sea Cabin 119 is tastefully upgraded and designed for comfort, featuring a sleek galley kitchen, coastal-inspired finishes, and an open living space that flows right out to your private beachfront balcony — the perfect perch for sunrise coffee, sunset wine, and watching the waves roll in mere steps away. There's even a 55" TV in the living room, and a 70" TV in the bedroom.

    The Sea Cabin community offers a quieter, more secluded Cherry Grove setting. Enjoy the large outdoor swimming pool, sun deck, charcoal grilling stations, free Wi-Fi, and easy onsite parking. Guests also have access to the community coin-op laundry facility.

    *Fishing Pier replacement construction is scheduled to begin in May 2027 through November 2028. Parking for buildings A & B will be limited*

The condo itself was very nice. Everything worked, it’s well decorated and there is a great view of the ocean and beach below.It’s possible I read the information wrong. I chose this condo because the pictures and description indicated I would be able to step from the condo directly onto the beach. I am disabled so this was very attractive to me.However, I had to climb a long set of stairs to get to the condo. This was very difficult for me. In addition, there was not a chair for me to sit in comfortably. I had to bring a folding beach chair to the condo to sit in. I definitely will not book this condo again.
