  • Privately owned and rented with a personal touch. Property is handled by the owner, a licensed property manager.

    Expansive beach with pool, lazy river, hot tub & fitness center. Fully equipped kitchen for all cooking desires.
    We will provide all guests with a start up of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry supplies, toiletries (shampoo & soap) & dish soap.

    We guarantee the property's cleanliness upon your arrival.
    All linens are included in your cleaning fee. (24 bath towels, 12 wash cloths, 2 hand towels per bathroom, 1 bath mat per bath, 2 wash cloths, 1 sheet set per bed.)

    Property host will be available by phone 24/7 for any questions, concerns, etc.

    - POLICIES --

    - No smoking (there will be a mandatory room refreshment fee of $500 in addition to the cleaning fee)

    - No pets allowed

    - No motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers

    - No events, parties or large gatherings

    - Must be at least 21 years old to book

Great place with plenty of room! Had some incidents occur and the host was quick to respond with insight and aid as needed. It is a busy condo/hotel but elevators are fast and good access to beach and pools. Would stay here again!

The pictures and descriptions were just as advertised. Beautiful view of the ocean for the balcony and only steps from the beach. The swimming pool and the lazy river were both first right. Would definitely come back.

Nice place for a large group! Great location, close to lots of restaurants, shopping & entertainment. Host was great to work with and attended to minor issues promptly.

Perfect vacation

My entire family thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in condo 1806 at crescent shores. It was perfect from start to finish, great sized rooms, cozy family room and the beach view was stunning with sizable patio to enjoy it from!

Great Getaway

Great place, not overcrowded, convenient location. I hope to stay again and recommend this as a place to stay. The condo was roomy for 11 people (7 Adults and 4 children), elevators fast even getting to top floor.

A gem in North Myrtle Beach

The condo was terrific. Great views and great location. The host was very professional and he made the check in process very smooth. I highly recommend it.

Excellent property

This condo was perfect for our annual summer vacation. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The view from the 18th floor was stunning. Excellent location! Within walking distance to restaurants and stores.

Hi! Thanks for hosting us. I wanted to let you know about a few issues we experienced during our stay. There was no hand soap available, there weren’t enough bath towels, and we saw roaches in the property. Also, our group had 12 people, but there were only enough bath towels for about six people. I wanted to share this feedback so you’re aware and can hopefully address these issues for future guests. Thank you.

The condo itself was well equipped with everything needed for the beach.The biggest issue we had was the access to the beach. There’s no ramp. It wasn’t as easy before or after the pool closed. You had to walk around the building which we weren’t fans of but it wasn’t a dealbreaker for us. The view was phenomenal. Also if you have gamers, I would buy a mobile hot spot because the building wifi was not good.

Tropical Storm Debby couldnt dampen our trip. The condo was beautiful and perfect for the 9 of us.. Such a great area w wonderful beaches. Perfect for families. Reccomend

Lovely, clean condo, accurate to listing, beautiful view. Adequate dishes, kitchen utensils, etc. Facilities and grounds are nicely kept. We had a great time.

Wonderful condo right on the ocean

Loved that this condo was well equipped to handle a large group. The kitchen is well stocked and the washer/dryer worked very well. Quite important for a week at the beach!

Excellent space for our family vacation

We were a large family visiting for a week and found this condo clean, spacious (for our group of 6 adults and 3 children) and a perfect locatuon close to the beach and a warm pool. The place was well equiped with everything we needed and communicating with Chase was a breeze. Would definitely recommend this place!!
