We can not believe our corporate event became such a nightmare, from the very beginning the property was filthy dirty as if no one inspected the property in a over a year.Fridge was not workingNone of the tvs was working, we had to go and get a roku stick from Walmart to be able to watch the world cup games.Burnt light bulbs everywhereAir conditionate in the patio was not working, Vents and returns are dirty and backwardsSofas full of sand dirt and old toys.All flooring were dirty All bed sheets were dirty.They definitely cat fish us with the internet pictures. I rented this single-family beach home, trusting that the property would be clean, safe, accurately represented, and ready for guests upon arrival. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing from the moment we entered the home.The house had a strong, musty odor throughout our stay. We also observed what appeared to be mold on several of the air vents.We discovered that the televisions throughout the home were not working and had been left unplugged. The management company responded by sending a repair technician, and we were informed that every television except one relied exclusively on streaming services. However, the television in the main living room area was not even a smart TV. This information was never disclosed in the listing, and we spent valuable vacation time waiting for repairs and troubleshooting issues that should have been addressed before our arrival.The condition of the upstairs bedrooms was concerning. Some of the bed frames appeared to be falling apart. We found bugs in one of the upstairs beds. The parking lot shown in the listing does not belong to the property however the property does have ample parking in the grassy area behind it. We selected this home to utilize the balcony, but later discovered it could not be used due to concerns about structural integrity. Luckily we made the best out of the situation by spending more time at the beach (which is conveniently within walking distance) than inside the home.
