Lounge in the covered seating area with a sofa, TV, and coastal breezes, or watch the kids splash around while you enjoy a cool drink. The pool area is the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach. There's a picnic table as well for having lunch poolside and an outdoor shower for a post-beach refresh. The ground floor casita is just steps away with two sleeping spaces, a bathroom, the washer and dryer, and a bistro area.

*Pool: Pool access isn’t guaranteed due to possible maintenance or HOA changes. We’ll notify guests of closures when possible.
*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.
*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.
*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.

3. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
4. Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.
5. Only small dogs under 25 pounds allowed. No cats, large dogs, or other animals.
