Beautiful spacious oceanfront condo great Grand Strand views. Regularly updated.

15th Floor End Unit with 4 large bedrooms and 3 baths. Great views from the wide balcony and dining room bay window. Flat screen smart TV in the living area and flat screens in all other bedrooms. Sectional in the living area with great views of the ocean with seating for 10 or more in the living room comfortably. The 4th bedroom is set up like a bunk room for young adults and kids with 2 queens and 2 twin bunks. Three dressers were added to this room to allow for plenty of storage space for up to 6 people. Great reviews from renters on this change as a bunk room and eliminating the uncomfortable queen pullout in the living area. Sleeping is for 12 people with everyone having a comfortable bed. This condo is located in the popular Windy Hills area of North Myrtle Beach. The condo has all amenities for your vacation enjoyment. A broad beach, oceanfront pool, children's pool, lazy river and fitness center are on site. Big Green Eggs are available for your grilling needs (please use the proper charcoal). Walkable to several restaurants and convenience stores.
Multiple elevators to reduce wait time, full size washer and dryer within the condo. With every kitchen appliance you may need from waffle makers and blenders to crock pots. Convenient area under the building to unload right by the elevators to make your move in hassle free. We purchased this condo in November 2015 and continue to update. Recent updates include, new kitchen cabinets, granite countertops and back splash in the kitchen, new large flat screens in living area and bedrooms, fresh paint, restocking the kitchen annually, stainless steel appliances and furniture on the balcony. We have owned a number of condo’s in North Myrtle Beach, and this remains our favorite. Wood laminate and tile through out the condo.
We also allow our renters to use the beach chairs, toys and unbrellas located in the owners closet outside the condo. We try to keep 10-12 chairs and tons of beach toys for the younger kids available for your use. We have used the same cleaning company for over 10 years and we have the condo inspected by a separate group to insure the condo is properly cleaned. The beds will be made with towels provided, the condo will be ready for your vacation at the beach. Weekly rentals run SATURDAY-SATURDAY. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING BUILDING BALCONIES INCLUDED.

We loved our stay in this condo. We had 6 adults and 3 children and fit very comfortably. Plenty of seating in the living room and around the dining room table. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We definitely recommend this unit.

Condo was just as advertised. Well stocked kitchen, lots of beach equipment to use and plenty of bath towels. Great location, very close to Barefoot Landing! We had a great time and would definitely stay again.

Very nice unit! The condo had everything that we needed! The kitchen is well-equipped with everything we needed to fix all our meals. It would be nice to see a multi-tiered shoe tree at the front door to hold shoes and sandals. The only downside was that our check-in was delayed by 40 minutes due to extra cleaning.

Perfect Family vacation

We had an amazing stay - 4 adults and 5 kids - like we always do at Windy Hill Dunes. Stan’s condo was perfect for our group this time around. Very comfortable, furnished really nicely and stocked with helpful supplies. Super clean and well taken care of throughout. We had comfortable beds, a large living room we could all relax in and the view off the balcony is our absolute favorite place to relax. Thank you!

The weather wasnt the best , but everything else couldnt have been better!

Stan's place was the best.Exactly as described on line. Clean, spacious, up-dated and super well stocked. Even provided beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards! Views were beautiful, as was the beach and water. Pool and lazy river were great! I will be back!!

The condo was the appropriate size for our family, needing 4 bedrooms and adequate seating in the living room and dining areas! Wonderful Family Vacation

I highly recommend this property! The photos almost do the condo justice. The balcony is actually more spacious than the photos show. The kitchen is better stocked than anywhere I have ever stayed. We had 6 adults and 1 child and were all very comfortable together in the living room. My daughters kept commenting on what a great unit it was that it was so very comfortable for all of us. The owners were very responsive and helpful. Their storage closet with chairs and toys was great.

Windy Hill - metaphorically & literally - blew us away!!!

Searching for the **right** place with a wide range of ages of our group (18-75) & age related mobility challenges we were delighted to have found this amazingly PERFECT configuration for our needs; breath-taking views, easy access to the beach, a few mins from Barefoot Landing, a closet FULL of beach toys/chairs/umbrellas - totally takes the 'beach day planning' worries out of the equation - all we had to do was HAVE FUN & we sure did! Breezes (ah hem, Windy Hill!) kept warm days comfortable on the beach & supported our shark tooth / sea shell hunting vices - as the hours slipped by like grains of soft, light tan sand through my flip-flops. Accessible bathrooms in parking area) Coffee on the balcony for sunrises made for a GREAT start to every day, but only to be topped by the stunning sunset views from the large window in the dining room that the online pictures cannot accurately show the phenomenal views of NMB from the comfort of the spacious living room or the over-sized dining room table & super comfortable chairs. The property owner was super flexible & accommodating to our needs, provided us info/insights that were needed & helped us to create the memories we'd hoped for, for our son's graduation from Coastal Carolina University. If I could, I'd offer up 10 STARS for the fantastic experience we enjoyed @ Windy Hill - thanks Stan for EVERYTHING!! Looking for a place to stay? Your search is undoubtedly over if you click this property. You won't be disappointed.

great accommodations and location

Probably the cleanist VRBO we have stayed in. Plenty of room for all of us and appreciated that there were enough seats in the living room and dinning area for all 9 of us to sit. new furniture in the living room was very comfortable and bunk beds in the 4th bedroom were very comfortable according to my grand sons. I really didn't have much contact with Stan because everything was just the way it was supposed to be.
