"Okay breakfast, not alot of choice. Coffee could be better. Bed were too soft but an ok sleep. Got off the cruise ship at 8am and i was able to get early checkin at 9am wjich was amazing. Free shuttle to airport in the morning. I.would recommend this hotel, very short walking distance to a few restaurants and a movie theater is a bonus.."

"The noise level for the room was crazy. Between doors being slammed in the halls from the balcony, to staff cleaning early , to out door construction & traffic . Plus the ac kept going off in the middle of the night . Same with the fire alarm battery going low"

"I've been to plenty Tru by Hilton hotels for years and this is the worst. When I first walk in the room the bathroom had a half roll of toilet paper not to mention the toilet was clogged up before I could even use and not enough towels for me and my partner. Rooms were not properly clean and barely could get the TV to work. Valet was taking 20-30 mins to park and retrieve my car. The next time I'm in town I will be finding elsewhere and I could barely get the help from the desk."

"I stayed this recent weekend for my son’s 5th birthday and it couldn’t have been more perfect. We had an oceanfront room, there’s a separate living room area from the bedroom and 2 bathrooms it was just what I wanted. From the direct beach access from the hotel, and 2 complementary drinks each night it was amazing. We also had 2 chairs for the day at the beach, and towels included. You can rent an umbrella for your chairs for $15 which isn’t too bad if you plan to be out there all day. We also...

"This hotel is out of date and needs quite a bit of updating. The junior king suite has false advertised pictures about what your room will look like. The room sizes are big, and it is directly on the beach. The elevator has no air conditioning. The lobby has a very peculiar smell and with possible animal. While, the staff is friendly.They do not address your issues. In the suite that we stayed in, we had to shower in. Standing water due to either a clog or something but the issue was never...

"I stayed at the hotel 5 night and each night was either an issue of getting stuck on the elevator because the card sensor was glitching Or after long hours working and coming late at night my room door wouldn't open it will glitch and I would have to go back downstairs just to get my key fix When I told the man at the front desk his response was it happens to everyone the stuff glitch a lot. I don’t like how my inconvenience was brushed off."
