Hotel super malo.

Ese hotel, es lo peor q nadie puede elegir. Maneje nueve horas hasta esa ciudad, para esperar el año con mis nietos pequeños y cuando llegue al hotel, para solicitar mi reserva me dijeron q el manager había cancelado mi reservacion,porq no habían cuartos de 2 camas.yo le explique mi situación, con dos niños pequeños, pero nada.me dijeron q no había espacio. Le pregunte porq no me avisaron y me dijo q ella no sabia.ademas,mintieron en la descripción sobre la distancia hacia el centro de la ciudad, esta super lejos y en un vecindario terrible. Alli estaba la policía tratando de arrestar a una persona q parece habia discutido con la muchacha del frente.en fin,me cancelaron y todavía estoy esperando q me regresen mi dinero.
