We had a wonderful time . The house is perfect for a nice relaxing holiday. Mario was very helpful and took great care of us during our stay. We highly recommend this town and this beautiful house for a perfect holiday. Thank you Mario !!

Amazing Villa, worth thrice the price. All bedrooms spotless, beds so comfortable, hard to get out of in the morning. All bathrooms clean, (lost count of how many there are) had such nice touches with molten brown soap, must be costing Mario a fortune! Kitchen fully equipped, had everything we needed for a week of breakfasts, lunches etc. Made use of everything. Coffee machine was a godsend. Outdoor areas are outstanding, spent most of our time out on the veranda, by the pool, bbq. Had sun all day. Amazing gardens. Didn’t spend much time in lounge but very comfortable and had good internet, (wife reached throughout whole villa fine) Little bit out from the main (small) town, (15 min walk) but only a few mins drive, tbh you won’t want to leave the villa! Very good restaurants all around Cabo de gata, prob best to ask Mario to recommend a few. Good idea to stock up from large supermarket on way in, although there is a small one in town with most things. Mario was the perfect host, met by Monica who didn’t speak much English (fair enough, we are in Spain) but FaceTimed with Mario to show us around and show us the ropes. I wouldn’t change a thing about the villa but could maybe suggest installing a small safe for passports etc, just for peace of mind. We were thinking about giving up work and squatting here for the rest of our days:) Thanks Mario, Will defo be back if you’ll lets us

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful and clearly much loved villa. The villa is immaculate, comfortable with great views of the sea and striking hills surrounding Las Negras. There are a variety of sitting out areas, all accompanied by birdsong and peace. It is about 15/20 mins pleasant walk to the beach area, which still retains its character and has not been over gentrified or over polished, it is also close to other beautiful small beach hamlets and wild beaches. The villa is beautifully decorated with artefacts from around the world, lots of books and lovely local pottery. We didnt want to leave and wouldn't hesitate as a family to return
