"I would say this is a 3 star hotel. The lobby is the nicest part, otherwise it’s quite old looking, especially the rooms. I think the pictures make it look much better than in person. The raised seating area/ bar by the lobby is nice and the staff there were lovely too. Overall I’d say it’s pretty basic but the location is GREAT!"

"The location was perfect as it was close to the Barrymore Theatre and a short Uber ride to the cruise port.
I did not like that they applied a $30 "required" amenity fee that was not disclosed during booking. With the fee, they provided a $20 gift card to be spent at their café or restaurant. I felt like this was a bait and switch.

"Good location, takes a day or two to get used to. Feels very cold in appearance almost like ur in a prison setting. Under beds super dirty so kicked up my allergies. Did have a blow dryer there although a review I had seen said they had no blow dryers. Housekeeping kept up with daily pick up and towel replacement. It’s perfect for young travelers on a budget, not older seasoned travelers."
