HOTEL DANS QUARTIER TRES POPULAIRE

Pros: La literie -
Contras: L'accueil plus expressif et souriant, le petit-déjeuner. Le fait de voir les employés regarder la télévision ou leur téléphone à longueur de temps.
Lugar: Rien à voir à proximité. Quartier plutôt mal famé...
Cet hôtel est situé trop loin de Manhattan même si bouche de métro à 10 minutes Le personnel de l'hôtel répond à nos questions mais pas souriant. 2 gardes sécurité sont là 24/24h (assis dans la salle de petit-déjeuner) Hôtel très bruyant à l'extérieur (musique voitures...) et à l'intérieur : insonorisation à refaire.: on entend le personnel parler et rire la nuit..... Chambre ok avec une bonne literie. Petit-déjeuner peu agrémenté Toujours besoin de demander à la dame de service ( qui était assise en train de regarder la télévision) pour remplir le buffet trop vide même à 8h00 On nous a accordé de laisser les bagages au départ mais ce n'était pas gagné...De plus pas de toilettes au rez-de-chaussée avant de partir.

Will kept near shopping on point hotel

The hotel is very clean and nice.The room cozy and bed very comfortable .The staff is super make you felt at home from home .I already have another booking to go back, that's the only place i will be when taking a trip to brooklyn .The only one thing the night staff needs to know that the breakfast area is always open to the guss at any given time . Please any one taking a trip to brooklyn go to this hotel The cook ms doreen you have to taste her hand now you know, you are at home she acts like the mother you have at home in your kitchen always there thank you ma'ma This hotel should recognize employees like her ,and make sure they are well taken care of because ms doreen is the one brings you back there .I will not think of going to another hotel it will not be the same with out her there that you

Although we asked for an earlier check in time and was told that wouldn't be a problem they still had us wait 3 hours to check in. The room had something sticky on one of the plugs for the lamp, the room was dusty. The best part is they replaced the complimentary shampoo with a bottle that was more than half empty. I almost forgot about the girl behind the front desk that rolled her eyes when you asked her a question. I will not go to this hotel ever again Or ever recommend it to anyone.

Just for convenience to be near friends

Pros: This hotel happened to be in a good location as I stated, was the best because my friends were only a few blocks away, so choices was limited
Contras: Some improvement is needed and if done this would be much better to my liking
Lugar: I didn't go looking for things to do because I was with friends and was in town for a wedding, the hotel is relatively near the train station
I started out please with the hotel, 1st check in, on my 2nd visit the reception was blank, but nonchalant. Upon my return was the worst. I was treated like if I did not have paid reservations, I got a room in the basement to my dismay, because I told them I was returning for the weekend, however I asked 2 be move and later the next day got a room on the 3rd floor which was much more to my satisfaction.
