  • Esta propiedad estaba listada anteriormente solo para el nivel inferior. La propiedad ahora incluye toda la casa para incluir el nivel superior e inferior. La casa está convenientemente ubicada "Entre las autopistas" en el corazón de Nags Head en Milepost 10. Cerca de muchos restaurantes populares, tiendas ABC, tiendas y supermercados, algunos de los cuales están a poca distancia.     El nivel inferior está completamente renovado y los huéspedes anteriores lo han disfrutado. Por favor, consulte las críticas anteriores. Esta es la primera vez que el nivel superior ha estado en el mercado de alquiler y rara vez fue ocupado. La casa tiene capacidad para dormir para 10. El espacio habitable en el nivel superior (cocina / comedor / sala de estar) se ha actualizado por completo. Los baños se actualizarán en otoño / invierno de 2019. Hay televisores de pantalla plana en las 5 habitaciones más las salas de estar. El hogar cuenta con WIFI, lavadora / secadora, cubierta de nivel principal con asientos incorporados, mosquitera en el porche con sillas Balcón Altura Poly (para ver sobre las barandas), ducha al aire libre y espacio debajo de la casa para escapar del sol caliente o duchas de lluvia y disfrutar El tiempo de la tarde. Una terraza y una hamaca también están listas para su disfrute en el patio trasero además de una parrilla de carbón.

    El nivel superior incluye: dormitorio principal (cama Queen) con baño principal, segundo dormitorio (cama matrimonial), tercer dormitorio (doble sobre litera completa con cama nido doble), baño completo en la combinación de sala, cocina, sala de estar y comedor, además de acceso a la cubiertas.

    El nivel inferior incluye: dos habitaciones (camas Queen en cada una), cocina, sala de estar y comedor combinados, cuarto de servicio para almacenamiento que incluye lavadora / secadora, patio cubierto / espacio para vehículos, ducha al aire libre.

    La casa está situada en un lote de esquina y cuenta con 2 entradas para su comodidad, así que no se preocupe por el estacionamiento. Tenga en cuenta que el nivel inferior no es accesible desde el interior del nivel superior. Debe caminar afuera para acceder a esta área.

    Las sábanas y toallas no están incluidas, pero se pueden alquilar. Hay varias opciones de alquiler en la zona. Por favor, póngase en contacto con el propietario para obtener más información. Además, el arrendatario debe suministrar los artículos de papel y los artículos de tocador.

This house was absolutely perfect! Plenty of room, well stocked, beautifully decorated and very comfortable! The location was the best! Only a very short walk to the beach! Shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Communication was great with the host as well! Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay here for one week with my siblings and their children. The beds were soft and the kitchen was well stocked. The house was clean when we arrived. The beach access that was 5 minutes away was steps so we walked a little farther to one with a ramp but it still was manageable and we did it each day while pulling our beach gear and children on wagons. The restaurant next door was delicious. We would definitely stay here again.

This is the second time we stayed here. The owner is very nice and easy to work with. My sisters and nieces come and we all enjoyed our stay.

This was a wonderful property for a family beach vacation. Property was immaculate, the most stocked rental property we have ever visited. Upstairs kitchen and both bathrooms were obviously recently upgraded. Full wrap around porch with a covered lit car port are great family relaxing places to gather. Walk to the beach is less than 5 mins away with a very popular family restaurant just across the quiet neighborhood street. We are had a GREAT TIME !

Very cute and clean place! The walk to the beach wasn’t bad even with a five year old. The separation of the upper and lower floors was nice considering we traveled with 2 families.

My brother and his son and a friend try to get away 3 to 4 times a year. We enjoyed this place for its location to the beach and other things to do.

Great Location and Even Better House!

What a beautiful house in a great location. Close to the beach while not being on a main road. A big plus was a kitchen that’s well stocked with any appliance/tool you need. Very clean, will be back next year!

Clean and Convenient

The property was very clean and looked to have many recent updates to the kitchen and bathrooms. It was also a convenient location close to restaurants, shopping, the beach and the docks for our fishing trip. Very satisfied.

Excellant accommodations

My friends and I come to the Outer banks every year to fish. Our stay was quite enjoyable, very clean and convenient. Everything is well maintained, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The two bedrooms on the lower level were perfect for the members that slept noisily, a definate plus for the rest of us. A++

Awesome beach house

This house was amazing. Came out to the OBX for some deep se fishing with friends and the house was much better than expected. The pictures don’t do it justice. A couple blocks from the beach. Owner was very responsive and extremely helpful with any and all questions we had. I would highly recommend this rental to my close friends and family for a great getaway.

The house was great, clean and well maintained. Accurate listing explaining the upper and lower levels to help us map out rooms for our family group ahead of time. Kitchen is well stocked and has all the appliances, pots/pans, plates/dishes one could need. We had a rainy weekend but were able to enjoy the beach (just few blocks walk away) in all the non-stormy hours and enjoyed cozy time at home, playing games and doing puzzles (nice selection!) when it did rain. Excellent location close to restaurants, grocery stores, and activities for family. Would love to stay again!
