The stars have aligned at Celestial Shore for an amazing vacation for you and the family at this beautiful oceanfront home with direct access to the ocean's edge. Designed to host a large gathering or family reunion it's sure to please everyone with a private pool (pool can be heated with additional fee), hot tub, private beach walkway, rec room, elevator, and dog friendly! Awesome ocean views from the top-level open floor plan with comfortable seating and flatscreen TV in the living area, a well-stocked kitchen with two full-size refrigerators, and a large dining room table and kitchen island seating means that you can comfortably eat all those delicious meals as a group. The lower-level entertainment area has a rec room with a pool table and a wet bar with a full-size refrigerator so you can have snacks on hand for everyone to enjoy. Lounge poolside, soak your worries away in the hot tub, or head to the beach via your own private walkway with a dune-top deck. Boasting eight bedrooms, and 6 with private baths, everyone will find the perfect place for rest and relaxation after a fun-filled day.

A mid-level king offers a bath with roll under sink and low barrier shower with a folding seat and grab bar.

Private pools open Easter through Columbus Day.

Heated pools are available Week Prior to Easter through Memorial Day and Labor Day Week through Mid-October.
Pools are set at a comfortable 78-80 degrees during the heated season. Please note that for optimal performance, outside temperatures must remain around 60 degrees or warmer. Various weather conditions such as wind speed and direction can affect the heat performance.

Milepost: 10.90

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.

Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.

We enjoyed a few days including Christmas at this house. The elevator was great for my mom who has mobility challenges, and my tri-pawed dog who has trouble climbing stairs. Everything was clean, user-friendly, and comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes, utensils, several coffee pots, pots and pans, etc. for those wishing to cook. We did not use the pool or hot tub. The outside gated dog area is a great touch. The direct access to the beach is very nice, although quite a few steps up to consider for those with mobility concerns. The rear decks also provide great views, and we enjoyed the ocean view from the top floor where the main living area and kitchen are. Plenty of space, beds, and bathrooms. The second floor has an accessible bathroom. Overall, great place and location. Plenty of parking and things to do nearby!

It was a big clean house with plenty of space and accessibility to the pool and the beach. We had bad weather and the communication was great on what we should expect and if there was a need to evacuate or anything. My entire family of 14 enjoyed it and would come back again

Celestrial Shore is highly recommended. The house was exactly as advertised. We gad a group of 10 adults and 8 children and it was perfect. Great location, beautiful beach and convenient to everything we needed...Food Lion, Nags Head Pier and Ice Cream! Property manager was very responsive and kept the pool chemicals in check. Would definitely stay here again.

Great house, good location and clean

We stayed for 4 nights. Beds were comfortable, plenty of bathrooms, had an issue with the TV but managing company came right over to fix the problem and showed us how it worked. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

Great Location and Lots of Space!

Our stay here was a great time! I went with my family, where we had 10 of us total - one being a 6 month old and a almost 3 year old.There were enough bedrooms to fit all of us. The upstairs area was very spacious (great large couch and dining table!) and we loved having 3 fridges! As another review mentioned, there was some wear and tear, which is to be expected on a property of this age that has been used all summer. The property management team and maintenance team were both very easy to work with when we had certain items come up! The location is amazing and so nice being right on the beach!

Large house with plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen appliances were dated, especially range and microwave. Shower at pool was full of pool toys with spider webs, and pool needs new liner.

Family Vacation

OBX late June 2023

The house, location and bedroom/bathroom were as described. We had a problem with the central A/C on the top floor on day 3 - the outside compressor unit self destructed. The property management company was very responsive in providing window units that same day and the outside compressor was replaced by the end of the next day. The property is starting show signs of aging, as demonstrated by the A/C unit going bad. The top floor front deck needs to be sealed of painted, as it’s starting to degrade. The pool was fine for our use, but the liner is staring to peel.

We really enjoyed this house, very pet friendly, Rental company very communicative, we may try to stay here again next year, been coming to the outer banks for years and this house ranks at the top of places we have stayed
