Typically rent Saturday to Saturday - but will rent other days (send message to owner).
NOTE: There is a separate RESORT gate fee ($10/day). This is paid directly to the resort upon check-in at gate.

This sleeps four with one queen-size bed and one pull-out sofa bed and is equipped with two televisions (one in living area, and one wall-mounted television in bedroom), microwave, iron and board, and many other amenities you enjoy at home.

This condominium is located in a 33-acre gated oceanfront resort with six swimming pools (two indoors), four whirlpools, steam rooms and saunas, six lighted tennis courts, putting greens, basketball and volleyball courts, shuffleboard, exercise rooms, picnic and cookout areas, playground, oceanfront cabana bar, snack shops, convenience store, new lazy river, and 24-hour security. Just footsteps from the beach!

The resort is located minutes south of downtown Myrtle Beach away from the busy streets of the city in a safe family environment. Numerous restaurants, beach shops, Grand Coastal Mall, Broadway at the Beach (providing both shopping and nightlife), miniature golf, theaters, and amusement parks are located within a short driving distance.

Small beach communities including Murrells Inlet, Pawleys Island, and Georgetown are also a short drive. If golfing is your specialty, there are over 130 golf courses located throughout Myrtle Beach. The resort also offers daily activities during peak season for children ages five and up. Activities include face painting, pool games, shell searches, and more.

If you want to just relax, do not forget the beautiful Atlantic Ocean just a few footsteps away, and enjoy your favorite drink or burger at the oceanfront cabana bar located within the resort. No matter what age, Myrtle Beach and the Myrtle Beach Resort have something to offer everyone!

This is a very cute little condo and was just the right size for my husband and myself. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. We did have to purchase washcloths at the local Walmart as there were only two for the entire week. Our only complaint about the pricing is the surprise 199 for insurance and the parking fee of 70 for the week. The first being VRBO's charge and the second was the Resort's fee but both should be listed in the daily rate.The only other problem we had was also no fault of the owners. The people next door were up until past 2am some nights (it was mainly a child, not a party) and the people upstairs (?) sounded as if they were moving furniture late on a couple different nights. I'm sure these were probably isolated incidents but worth mentioning if you wanted to bring ear plugs or a small fan to drown out the noise. Myrtle Beach Resort has a lot to offer and having previously lived in the area for many years, I can assure you that it is quite safe. This condo is in a convenient spot with a little putting green and a giant chess set just below it along with a pool and a hot tub. The condo itself is nicely equipped, decorated in a cute beachy theme, and is quite comfortable. Joe and Barb were nice and the paperwork was fairly easy to read, sign, and send back along with a copy of a drivers's license. Even with the extra charges it was still reasonable for March. The sense of security is well worth a stay in Myrtle Beach Resort

Wonderful time

Overall our stay was wonderful! The host is easy to communicate with and extremely nice & catering. The only downside was the pull out couch mattress, but in all reality when are those ever comfortable. Highly recommend

Clean and Great Location

Unit was clean and exactly as described. Joe was very quick to respond when I had questions. Would definitely stay in this unit again. My family stayed next door at Ocean Lakes and was able to pick me up at the gate each day. Highly recommend this unit.

Wonderful stay!

This was our first stay at Myrtle Beach Resort and we loved everything about it. We truly felt right at home in our unit. We loved having several pool options: one was right outside our unit and I took advantage of how peaceful it was, while my son preferred the larger beachfront pool. We liked being within walking distance to everything the resort offered and my son enjoyed riding his bike to and from the beach, pools, etc. It was also really nice to have a laundry facility right down the hall. We have zero complaints.Thank you Joe and Barb for making our first stay at Myrtle Beach Resort so nice! We hope to stay there again in the future.

The condo was nice but a little small, great for 2 people. After the long drive we had it would have been nice if I hadn't had to make the bed. Wish we would have a washer and dryer in the condo instead of a laundry mat around the corner of the building and it was not cheap.The resort the condo was in would not let our grandson drive onto the property to see us because he wasn't 23. The beach area and pools were very nice, but it was a challenge to find parking, it was a long walk to the beach from the condo, but still in the resort. Great location near attractions like Broadway on the Beach, The 1A Pelican baseball stadium, and lots of putt putt. Great food near there was Joe's Hamburgers, The Golden Egg, HAngout, and Johnny D's waffles.

Wonderful Stay

The communication was fantastic. The place was very clean and the bed was comfortable! Not to bad of a walk to the beach. The only thing is there is no elevator and its on the second floor which we we aware of. We got a work out bringing up the suitcases! All in all it was amazing!

I had an overall good stay at the property. The owner was easy to get a hold of and was very kind for the duration of the stay. I do wish the property has some updates to it, but it was overall clean. Also, I would have liked to have one extra set of towels

Satisfied

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was well equipped with everything you needed to prepare meals. The owner responded to any requests very quickly. The condo is smaller than we realized but can accommodate 2 people no problem. In my opinion, it would be too small for 4 adults. Everything was clean and I would recommend to other people.

Didn’t want to leave

The resort is very nice, the condo is comfy and we brought our own bedding/pillows etc. I did go out to buy a fan just to drown out some noise from the people above us. There really wasn’t anything else that we needed and the bed was comfortable. We look forward to making a trip each year.

super affordable

This was a nice little place to stay. We loved that there were so many pools and hot tubs. Their is an indoor pool too if the weather is bad. There is a short walk to the beach, it is through the complex with no major roads. The only thing, is that this is a better place for 2 people not 4 as the pull out couch is not the best. If you brought an air mattress to put on it, that would make a significant improvement. Also maybe not the best for small wild children as the dining table, coffee table, and side tables were glass tops. (we have fairly wild 5 year olds) It was a convenient location with lots to do. The laundry room is about 3 door down from the apartment so super easy to get to. The hosts are great and stay in contact as needed. Thanks for the great place to stay. You can't beat the price

Wonderful time!

This is the second time coming here and it was great as always. Great location, easy access to the beach, near food and attractions, but not crowded with heavy traffic. We had to leave early due to Hurricane Ian and the owner was stayed in touch with us about making sure we were safe. 10/10

Well kept up place. Served our needs.

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo was very clean. Having a pool, tennis courts and grills right outside was nice. A bit to far from the beach if your carrying chairs etc. Ok if your just walking with nothing to carry. Simple 2 min drive down to the oceanfront beach and big pool though. Owners were great and easy to deal with.
