This was a last minute trip during the holidays and I was able to find quality inn of Conway….what I was looking for at a nice rate during this time. It was in a quiet location and I would stay there again.

The room was very clean and well laid out. Unfortunately, there was no hot water in the morning, so the shower was a 'wake-up.' For breakfast, the coffee machine would not work, and the only breakfast items were pastries, waffles...etc... The only fruit was apples. The staff told me the new water heater was just installed and the plumber was due out 'later this morning.' Staff attitudes were all positive.

The conditions were not great and I would have said “okay” except they gave my son’s room away. My son got in late after having car trouble and when he tried to check in he was told they gave his room to someone else. This was at 1am so there was no where else for him to go. 5 adults had to share 2 queen beds. Any hotel that screws up that bad I would never trust to stay at again.

Very comfortable beds, great water pressure and what I absolutely loved about it was that, unlike most places these days, when I walked in, I wasn't almost knocked out by the smell of Marijuana. That was very nice. The only complaint I had was that when we asked if they had a travel size toothpaste they replied that they ran out of it. And there was no shampoo/ conditioner in the bathroom.

I was only able to stay for 10 minutes. There were huge oil stains on the comforter, food along the edges of the metal bed frame, not to mention bloodstains on the mattress cover. I’m going to ask for refund since I was forced to seek other accommodations due to their questionable housekeeping.

We stayed here 3 months ago and everything was nice but just 3 months later we returned. They did not have hot water and kept telling us it was being worked on and would be working soon. It was still not working (no hot water) by checkout time. We went back there because they had a nice breakfast with waffles the last time we stayed but this time the waffle machine was not out because they said it wasn't working, the coffee machine was not working properly, and all they had for breakfast was 2 cereals, apples , little chocolate muffins, and toast. Very poor stay. WON'T BE RETURNING! We are requesting a refund!

The hotel itself was really good. But one of the staffers was SUPER RUDE when I was working in the lobby with my colleague after checking out. We were minding our business, not being loud, and just working on laptops. However she came out of nowhere saying "Yall waiting on a ride?? If you don't leave I'm gonna get my boss or call the cops" So - bad ending to an otherwise really good stay. I'd stay here again, but that staff person needs to adjust her attitude for sure. She could have just asked us to leave nicely and we'd have been outta there.

The air conditioner in our room was not working very well and the room smelled as if it had previously had a fire in it. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The great part was the man that we see that works there is great and very personable.

It was good enough for a place to sleep. The room was very clean but had a little bit of a musty odor. The breakfast was minimal. The pool area and picnic area were still closed. The cleaning ladies were very nice.
